  • DPS HATHRAS CELEBRATED INDO-FRENCH CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMME SESSION – 2018-19
  • On Monday 22/10/2018 DPS HATHRAS felicitated the visiting French guests by organizing special assembly. Performance filled the essence of joy all around.

    After the assembly they visit school, key ring making, horse riding and above all football match was organized.

    The day witnessed the joy of French visitors signaling the worth of Indo-French interaction.

  • LEARNING CALORIE COUNT WITH WRAPPER
  • Under the Indo-Romania activity held at DPS Hathras on 31.10.17 the students through the collection of wrappers of the packed food items learnt the procedure of counting calorie. The activity was held under the surveillance of the expert teachers who guided students on calorie count. As per the instruction given to the students they were advised to make the collection of wrappers of packed food which they had consumed for the last one week based on that total calorie consumed was calculated by the students. The activity was a medium of learning and enhancement of students’ knowledge.

  • PAINTING THE COLORS OF INDO- ROMANIC FRIENDSHIP
  • Being very eager to paint the friendship of India and Romania, the students had enthusiastically performed in the painting activity organized at DPS Hathras on 01.02.18. The colors symbolizing the two countries and the motive of the collaboration focused on peace, harmony, love and respect between countries. The activity was comprised of poster making, T-Shirt painting and card making which revealed the zeal and love of the students for the on-going activity and showered all their creative ideas through colors.

  • INDO-ROMANIC DEJEUNER
  • The students at DPS organized the lunch party for the parents on 21.02.18 under the collaboration project between India and Romania. The children from grade 6 to 9 cooked varieties of delicious food items that were sumptuously served to the parents. The activity revealed the hidden talent of the students in cooking and also gave students the platform of learning team work, coordination, task distribution and culinary skills.

  • INDO – ROMANIA COLABORATION COUNTS PLATTER NUTRIENTS
  • DPS Hathras on 26.10.17, Thursday, went through interactive collaboration with Romania school initializing the “Health is Wealth” project. The two distant countries connected on skype and had a very productive sharing of each other’s activity aiming at providing the students with nutritional values of the food habits in our everyday life.

    The students underwent the activity coming up with preparation of delicious and healthy presenting it in sumptuous manner. Sandwich being the target food and the choice of ingredients revealed the healthy habits of the students. Many different varieties of sandwiches were prepared by the students in a very creative way. Students of both the schools shared their activities and discussed the nutritional values of the ingredients. The interactive session opened to the students proved helpful and knowledgeable.

    The Principals and team of teachers on both sides guided the students of the different food habits and discussed with them the calorie count of the eatables. The collaborative program being the benchmark for the interactive session initiated practical learning in the students covering their food habits.

  • DPS HATHRAS CELEBRATED INDO-FRENCH CULTURAL EXCHANGE SESSION – 2017-18
  • On 25.10.17, Wednesday, DPS Hathras welcomed the French and celebrated their visit making the day engrossed in fun and frolic showing the exchange as an example of friendly bond.

    The day commenced with the lighting of lamp by the Principal of DPS and the team of France making them aware of the traditional culture of India. Filling the arena with the music and melody various contemporary dance and music performances were presented by the talented students of DPS Hathras. Not keeping the acting talent on sides, the students enacted a skit revealing the true nature of humanity and love for all. The French were then having an organized activity of mask making and Jewelry making which was a mark of appreciation for the art department. Why then to keep the sports at par, when the students excel there too? And so the French school students had a friendly and exciting football match with the students of DPS Hathras putting forth all their zeal and energy to win the war.

    All the activities kept the students from both the schools involved and engaged throughout the day. The interactive part made the day friendly, energetic, innovative, jovial and full of learning, which was the main motto of the exchange program.
